This private yoga class will be specifically designed to help you energetically process trauma. Trauma manifests and remains stagnant in the physical body, and movement practices like yoga can jumpstart healing. Grace will ask you to provide an intake of your physical and emotional state, and together you will create a plan for a class that will serve as a step toward comfort and joy. This class also incorporates journaling prompts. These trauma informed sessions can be recurring.
